ABC-6 Guidelines : An Overview , Part -2

International Consensus Conference for Advanced Breast Cancer (ABC): publishes consensus-based guidelines which are adopted and adapted by many countries globally. ABC- 6 guidelines cover recommendations on use of Alpelisib in Her2 Negative MBC. For Her2 positive MBC recommendations are covered for use of Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, TDM1 & triplet combination of Tucatinib+ Trastuzumab+ Capecitabine in 2nd line & beyond. There are recommendations for use of immune check point inhibitors and also special inclusion of recommendations for treatment of brain metastases especially in Her2 postive MBC.
